How often do you pray? That is a question we all need ask ourselves. It is a very important thing to do in order to maintain a good relationship with God. How do I pray? Why Should I pray? What shall I pray for? The answers to those questions are found in the Bible verses below.

How to Pray

Some people neal and pray; however, there is no-where in the Bible that says you must do this. Most people bow their head and close their eyes while praying.

Have you ever wanted to learn more about the Bible? I always have. I have read it myself many times but at times it can be hard to understand. There is a great online Bible School called Agape Bible Studies Online. Each one of these courses helps you to understand each of these issues much easier. The text makes it so much easier to understand. In addition, they provide scriptures to support their teachings. What the Bible Says About Getting Drunk

What does the Bible say about getting drunk? Many people have no idea what it says and ignore the whole issue. It is a very important issue that we should look into. There are many verses that talks negatively about drinking.

According to the Bible drinking is not wise. Proverbs 20:1 says: Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise. I don’t think anybody would argue with that. Who would think that it is smart to get drunk? After all, many lives have been lost due to drunk drivers.

Next, Romans 13:13 says: Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chamboring and wantonness, not in strife and envying. Drinking causes people to do things that they are ashamed of later. Drunks do things they wouldn’t do if they were sober.

1 Corinthians 6:9-10 says: Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolators, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

Galatians 5:19-21 says: Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleaness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulatins, wrath, strife, seditians, heresies, envying, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

Ephesians 5:18 says: And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit.

I think those Bible verses pretty much says it all. God has commanded us not to get drunk and that it is wrong to do so.

The Solution to the Lee Woogie Card Trick

This article is a follow-up to the previous post. If you have not read it please read it before you read this article.

The solution to this trick is extremely simple. When I learned the solution to this trick I felt kind of dumb for not thinking of this.

After you have chosen your card you feel that it has taken away the card you picked (feeling like it was actually reading your mind) but notice it gives you a different set of cards. There was no way that your card would have been there no matter which card you chose! It looked like the same set of cards but it really wasn’t and you probably was not thinking about that. So now the next time someone asks you to do this you won’t feel like it is reading your mind (which would make you feel like you are going crazy!).

When you have troubles in your life it can be very depressing. Everyone goes through hard times in their life sometimes and we all need something to make us feel better. What could make you feel better than happy Bible verses? Our faith is what keeps us strong and makes us feel better during troubled times. These are great Bible verses to read and would be really good ones to memorize.
